5 Good Skin Habits You Should Start Now for Amazing Skin!

It's easy to think you have a great skincare routine locked down, but what we often overlook are some bad habits that can be simple to cut out! Instead, we can practice a few good habits that can help us achieve even better skin. Take a look at our 5 good skin habits below!
Stay Hydrated! If you find it is a chore to drink water all day, you're not alone. But it has so many good skincare benefits! Water helps to transport nutrients to the right places and it flushes out toxins in our skin. If you really want a good glow, drink more water! We find that having a fun cup or jug makes it easier to get in our intake throughout the day.
Cut Down on Sugar. We hate to say it because we love our sugar! But so many recent studies have linked more sugar to more aging (and at a higher rate). This doesn't mean you can't have your sugar each day in moderation! If you normally get your sugar from chocolate or candy, try some sweeter fruits instead.
Wash Your Face. If you go to bed every night without removing your makeup, stop that! Washing your face with a good, organic cleanser is so important to remove the dirt and toxins from the day. Naked skin is happy skin!
Use Natural Makeup and Skincare. Have you ever looked at the ingredient list on your makeup and skincare products? Ideally, you want to find all-natural and organic ingredients! Wash Your Pillowcases with Better Detergent. What kind of laundry detergent are you using to wash your pillowcases? Many detergents contain chemicals and toxins that don't mix well with our skincare (and have even been linked to cancers and hormone disruption!). If you find yourself sensitive to chemical irritation, you may want to consider a more natural detergent or even make one yourself!
